This smoothie is the one I make the most. It’s yummy, and filled with all the healthy stuff to kick start your day.
I start with some frozen berries at the bottom, then add:
- Almond Milk (chocolate and vanilla mixture)
- Handful of spinach
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 Scoop of plain yogurt of your choice (Chobani is mine)
- 1 Scoop of Chia Seeds
- 2 Scoops of chocolate protein
And that’s it!
You can also add:
- Handful of fresh strawberries or blueberries
- Local Honey
I make enough for the three of us every morning so measure accordingly.
