This smoothie is the one I make the most. It’s yummy, and filled with all the healthy stuff to kick start your day.

I start with some frozen berries at the bottom, then add:

  • Almond Milk (chocolate and vanilla mixture)
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop of plain yogurt of your choice (Chobani is mine)
  • 1 Scoop of Chia Seeds

  • 2 Scoops of chocolate protein

And that’s it!

You can also add:

  • Handful of fresh strawberries or blueberries
  • Local Honey

I make enough for the three of us every morning so measure accordingly.
