I saw something the other day that called Florida’s Fall season, “Hotumn” and all I could do was just laugh. How true is that small statement here in Tampa?

Although the Fall season is upon us, it is nothing compared to what people in the North experience when fall arrives. Changing of colors on the leaves, warm teas and coffees to keep your hands warm, a new wardrobe filled with coats, scarves and chic hats. Here in Tampa, we can expect a lower amount of humidity which is life changing for sure, but the wardrobe still stays the same with maybe a few new colored pieces, and honestly the most perfect beach weather! I mean, I’m not complaining, especially since our kids won’t have to wear long sleeves and jackets covering up their costumes come Halloween that you spent weeks creating. If you’re from the North like me, you know what I’m talking about.

Buy that Pumpkin Spice Latte HOT and pretend you’re somewhere cooler to get yourself in the fall mood if you aren’t already. I have bought numerous ones so far. Shhh, don’t tell the Hubs on me…

To help you get into the mood even more, I’ve found “10 Things To Do This Fall” for you and the family!
